This output aims to improve policy and public-private dialogue on TVET at federal and state levels.

This component focuses on improving the prerequisites for the general regulatory and systemic conditions of TVET by establishing institutionalised permanent processes of dialogue between the public and private sector, at the federal and state levels. Using dialogue forums, SKYE is committed to the involvement of  representatives from relevant state and federal ministries, and institutions and bodies representing business associations, civil society, trade unions and development partners. The dialogue forums will encourage networking amongst stakeholders, help to align TVET more closely with labour market needs, formulate policy recommendations with practical relevance, and contribute to more participatory governance.
